BarChamp is an online bar exam preparation platform that provides practice questions, timed exam simulations, AI-powered essay grading, and study analytics. The Service is intended for educational purposes only.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your account credentials with others.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract question content
  • Submit malicious content through the writing editor
  • Circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Redistribute or commercially exploit Service content
  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity

5. Intellectual Property

All questions, scenarios, explanations, and other educational content on the platform are the property of BarChamp or its licensors. Your written responses remain your own, but you grant us a license to process them for grading and analytics.

6. AI Grading

AI-generated feedback is provided as a study aid and does not constitute legal advice or an official assessment. Scores and feedback are approximations and may not reflect actual bar exam grading. You should not rely solely on AI feedback for exam preparation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI grading will be accurate. We are not responsible for your exam results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarChamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or exam failure, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
